01What are cookies
Cookies are small text files that websites place on the user's browser or device during a visit, in order to recognise the device on future visits or to improve the browsing experience.
02Types we use
We use only two types of cookie:
- Technical / preference (necessary): essential for browsing and for remembering your decision on the cookie notice. They do not require consent.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity): they tell us how the website is used (pages viewed, searches, clicks on WhatsApp or the phone number) so that we can improve it. They work with random identifiers for your browser, not with your name. Clarity also records clicks, scrolling and session recordings to detect usability problems. They are only switched on if you have pressed "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your decision at any time at the bottom of this page or from “Cookie settings” in the footer of every page.
We do not use advertising profiling cookies and we do not share information with marketing networks.

In addition, the website stores the last filtered catalogue in the browser’s session storage, so that the “Catalogue” link on a product page takes you back to your filters. It is deleted when you close the tab and is not sent to anyone.
The analytics cookies belong to Google Ireland Limited (Google Analytics) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited (Clarity), which process them on behalf of Blancomar. They are not anonymous: they use random identifiers that make it possible to recognise your browser, though not your name. Google and Microsoft are groups headquartered in the United States, so data may be transferred to that country. You will find more information in our Privacy policy.
04How to manage them
From this site: use the buttons below to change your decision at any time. If you reject, we will delete the analytics cookies and neither Google Analytics nor Microsoft Clarity will load on future visits.
From your browser: you can also block or delete cookies. Bear in mind that blocking technical cookies may affect how the site works.
05Changes to this policy
This policy may be amended to reflect regulatory or technical changes. We recommend reviewing it from time to time. The date it was last updated appears at the top of the document.
